非常高兴在这色彩斑斓的美好季节遇见各位朋友，请允许我分享几个关于天柱山的故事。
I am very glad to meet you in this colorful and beautiful season, please allow me to share a few stories about Tianzhushan.
The first story - the earth can also fall in love.
在2.4亿年前的三叠纪，地球上各大地质板块正值青春年少，散发着荷尔蒙气息，只因彼此多望了一眼，扬子板块与华北板块激情碰撞，一头扎进对方一百公里深情的怀里，成就了一场惊天动地的爱情传奇，地壳上升，天柱山冲出海面，拔地而起，一柱擎天。
In the Triassic period 240 million years ago, the major geological plates on the earth were in their youth, exuding hormonal breath. Just because of a look at each other, the Yangtze plate and the North China plate collided passionately, and the Yangtze Plate plunged into the North China Plate’s affectionate arms, about 100 km underground, achieving an earth-shattering love legend, the earth's crust rose, Tianzhushan rushed out of the surface and held up the sky.
天柱山是大地之爱的结晶，是宇宙情山，日月在这里相互守望，星星在这里窃窃私语。今年，首届天柱山山盟海誓婚旅文化节成功举办，天柱山已成为著名的爱情打卡地。愿全天下有情人携手攀登，天柱为媒，日月为证，共赴爱的天河。
Tianzhushan is the crystallization of the love of the earth, a holy mountain of love in the universe, where the sun and the moon watch each other, and the stars whisper here. This year, the first Tianzhushan Wedding Cultural Festival was successfully held, and Tianzhushan has become a famous check-in place for lovers. I wish lovers all over the world to visit Tianzhushan hand in hand and fall in love together, with mountains and rivers as the medium, the sun and the moon as the evidence.
剧烈的造山运动，形成了天柱山型崩塌堆垒花岗岩地貌，雄伟的山峰，奇怪的石头，神秘的洞穴，曼妙的云彩，飞扬的瀑布……这里素有“东方最美花岗岩地貌”之美誉，满山石头会说话，泄露了光阴的算法，也泄露地球的密码。
The violent orogenic movement formed the Tianzhushan type collapsed and piled-up granite landform, with majestic peaks, grotesque rocks, mysterious caves, beautiful clouds and splashing waterfalls... Here is hailed as "the most beautiful granite landform in the East" . Rocks throughout the mountain can speak, tell the story of the earth’s evolution, and it reveals the mysteries of the earth.
The second story - Emperors liked to worship the famous mountain.
伟大的山峰在中国古人心中具有神性。中国古代皇帝自称天子，喜欢登上高山祭拜天地。两千二百多年前，统一中国的秦始皇来天柱山祭祀；过了一百多年，雄才大略的汉武帝礼拜天柱山为南岳。
Great mountains have the supreme divinity in the hearts of the ancient Chinese. Ancient Chinese emperors called themselves the Son of Heaven and loved to climbed high to worship high mountains and the heaven. More than 2,200 years ago, First Emperor of the Qin Dynasty, who unified China, came to worship Tianzhushan; After more than 100 years, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty came to worship Tianzhushan and enshrined Tianzhushan as Sacred Southern Mountain.
在中国汉语中岳是高山的意思。南岳就是中国南方伟大的山，是南方的擎天一柱。安徽天柱山是汉封南岳，直到七百多年后的隋朝，才改封湖南衡山为南岳。
The Chinese character Yue means high mountain. The Sacred Southern Mountain is the great mountain in southern China, and it is the pillar to prop up the heaven of the south. Tianzhushan in Anhui Province was the Sacred Southern Mountain of the Han Dynasty, and the title was given to Hengshan in Hunan Province in the Sui Dynasty 700 years later.
秦始皇、汉武帝都是中国古代著名的君王，在他们影响下，两千多年来，天柱山倾倒了无数帝王将相，地位十分尊荣。
First Emperor of the Qin Dynasty and Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty were both famous emperors in ancient China, and under their influence, for more than 2,000 years, Tianzhushan attracted countless emperors and generals, enjoying honorable status.
The third story - how to feel at ease and get unrestrained?
自工业文明以来，人类在创造了前所未有的物质财富同时，也不同程度陷入精神危机，匆忙，焦虑，异化，恐惧，忧心忡忡，被欲望绑架，心灵找不到归宿。很多人从东方智慧中寻找解脱之路。禅就是典型的东方智慧，禅修就是一条安心之旅，解脱之道。禅源于古印度，发明禅的是佛教创始人释迦牟尼先生。
Since the industrial civilization, human beings have created unprecedented material wealth, at the same time, they also fell into spiritual crisis to varying degrees, hurry, anxiety, alienation, fear, worry, kidnapped by desire, and the soul can not find a home. Many people look for their path to liberation from Eastern wisdom. Zen is a typical oriental wisdom, and meditation is a journey of peace of mind and a path to liberation. Zen originated in ancient India, and it was invented by Mr. Shakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism.
通过修习禅道，人能进入一种安定愉悦的状态，自由放松，烦恼和困扰都丢到脑后，心灵之光穿破层层遮蔽，照亮平凡人生，人与宇宙浑然一体，那是一种非常迷人的状态。
Through the practice of Zen Buddhism, one can enter a state of stability and happiness, fell relaxed with all worries and troubles left behind. The light of the soul breaks through the layers of obscuration and illuminates ordinary life, and the man and the universe become an unified whole, which is a very fascinating state.
大约1500年前，达摩先生将禅带到了中国，成为中华禅宗第一代祖师。一日，天下大雪，达摩先生坐在山洞里冥想，僧人神光站在洞外的雪地里，雪齐腰深。
达摩问：你不远千里跑到这里来到底为了什么？
神光说：弟子心不安，乞请先生帮弟子安心。
达摩喝道：将你的心拿来，我为你安。
神光愕然：弟子我找不到心。
达摩说：我已经为你安心了。
About 1,500 years ago, Mr. Bodhidharma brought Zen to China and became the first patriarch of Chinese Zen Buddhism. One day, it was snowing heavily, Mr. Bodhidharma sat in the cave and meditated, and the monk Shenguang stood in the waist-deep snow outside the cave.
Bodhidharma asked: why do you come here from afar?
Shenguang said: The disciple(I) feel uneasy, and begs you to help me feel relieved at heart.
Bodhidharma shouted: Bring your heart, and I will set it for you.
Shenguang was stunned: I can't find my heart.
Bodhidharma said: I have relieved the heart for you.
就这么短短几句对话，让神光豁然开悟，成为达摩先生的弟子，法号慧可。慧可先生是中华禅宗第二代祖师爷，也是第一个修习禅宗的中国人。慧可先生到离我们不远的司空山修行，并收僧璨为弟子，僧璨成为中华禅宗第三代祖师，来到天柱山，他住持的寺庙叫三祖寺。
In just a few short sentences, Shenguang suddenly became enlightened and became a disciple of Mr. Bodhidharma, with the Dharma name Hui Ke. Mr. Hui Ke is the second patriarch of Chinese Zen Buddhism and the first Chinese to practice Zen Buddhism. Mr. Hui Ke went to Sikongshan, which is not far from Tianzhushan, to practice, and accepted Seng Can as a disciple, and Seng Can became the third patriarch of Chinese Zen Buddhism, and came to Tianzhushan, and his temple was called Sanzu Temple.
一日，来了个叫道信的少年，在一块大石头前拜见僧璨先生，恳切地说：我知道先生是个非常慈悲的人，请帮我解开束缚。
僧璨问他：谁捆绑你了？
道信一愣：没有人捆绑我。
僧璨反问：那你求什么解脱？！
道信恍然大悟——原来没有东西束缚我，是我自己束缚了自己！道信后来继承了僧璨的衣钵，成为中华禅宗四祖。
One day, a young man named Daoxin met Mr. Seng Can in front of a big rock and said earnestly: I know that you are a very compassionate person, please help me to untie my bonds.
Seng Can asked him: Who tied you up?
Daoxin was stunned: No one tied me up.
Seng Can asked rhetorically: Then why are you asking for relief?!
Daoxin suddenly realized that there was nothing to bind me, it was I who restrained myself! Daoxin later inherited the mantle of Seng Chan and became the fourth patriarch of Chinese Zen Buddhism.
我讲的是禅宗历史上两个重要的片段。由此可见，古人也有烦恼，也需要安放心灵与解脱束缚。
I'm talking about two important episodes in the history of Zen Buddhism. It can be seen that the ancients also had annoyances, and they also needed to settle their minds and relieve themselves.
禅宗自从到了中国，就不断与中国文化深度融合，成为中国传统文化重要组成部分，后来，禅从中国传到日本、韩国、越南等地，风靡东南亚，又传到欧美，如今很多国家和地区都有人禅修，禅修已经超越了宗教范畴，成为一种健康有趣的生活方式。
Since Zen Buddhism was brought to China, it has been deeply integrated with Chinese culture and has become an important part of traditional Chinese culture. Later, Zen spread from China to Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and other places, swept Southeast Asia, and then spread to Europe and the United States, and now many countries and regions have people practicing Zen. Meditation has transcended religion and become a healthy and fun lifestyle.
天柱山以及相邻的司空山，是中华禅宗的重要发祥地。禅风靡世界，禅是中国文化的瑰宝，中华禅是古老东方奉献给世界的神秘智慧。希望通过各位的传播，让更多禅的修习者、禅学的研究者，来中国的天柱山和司空山，寻找禅的源头。
Tianzhushan and the adjacent Sikongshan are important birthplaces of Chinese Zen Buddhism. Popular all over the world, Zen is a treasure of Chinese culture, and Chinese Zen is the mysterious wisdom of the ancient Orient dedicated to the world. I hope that through your dissemination, more Zen practitioners and researchers will come to Tianzhushan and Sikongshan to find the source of Zen in China.
The fourth story - the land with "three riches" breeds magic.
天柱山富硒、富锌、富负氧离子，是罕见的“三富”之地。天柱山下有个叫逆水的小山村，三千多人出了三十多名博士，是著名的博士村，这得益于水和食物中富含硒元素，促进了孩子们大脑发育。
Tianzhushan is rich in selenium, zinc and negative oxygen ions, and is a rare place with "three riches". A small village called Nishui Village at the foot of Tianzhushan has fostered above 30 doctors from more than 3,000 residents, and it has become a famous doctor village, thanks to rich selenium in water and food, conducive to the development of children's brains.
天柱山是养生福地，有位神奇的大师刘少斌，在山上教人练天柱养生功，强身健体，延年益寿。不少外国朋友慕名而来。有一对外国夫妇，一直没生孩子，来天柱山休养，跟刘大师练养生功，回去喜生大宝。再来，回去后又生二宝。这不仅归功于神奇的养生功，更得益于天柱山的水和食物富含锌元素，天柱山是女人的幸运山，是男人的加油站！
Tianzhushan is a blessed land for health, there is a magical master Liu Shaobin, who teaches people to practice Tianzhu health preservation Kung fu on the mountain, to strengthen the body, and prolong life. Many foreign friends came here. There is a foreign couple who had never given birth to children, and one time they came to Tianzhushan to recuperate, practiced health preservation Kung fu with Master Liu, and when they returned home, they gave birth to the first child. So they came to Tianzhushan again, and got the second child when they returned home. This is not only due to the miraculous health preservation Kung fu, but also thanks to the rich zinc in the water and food of Tianzhushan. Tianzhshan is a lucky mountain for women and a gas station for men!
